| College students'volunteer activity is an important part in our society's voluntary services. And it is also an effective way to promote the college students' moral growth. But how to use this way better to push college students'moral growth is a new task in universities'moral education.Through documentary analysis,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods, this paper gets the knowledge about volunteer activities' current situation, and analysis moral theory, then reaches a conclusion that voluntary service has a function that can push college students'moral growing. But in reality, the four problems are showing up:the intentions to take part in volunteer again are not obvious, it causes moral growing which pushed by volunteer services difficult to continue; the motivations to join in are tend to individual interests seriously, this makes the growing difficult to happen; large-scale voluntary service's moral growing effect is better than other kinds of voluntary services'and there are some negative effects in activities' process.And for these four issues, this paper presents the corresponding recommendations to improve:improvement of voluntary organizations' regulatory agencies,policy guidance of pushing voluntary service obligated,flexible methods to motivated are used to attract students to join in volunteer services once again; fully cooperated of other moral education methods in colleges,strengthening volunteer services'faith,changing the social environment's adverse effects are used to reverse the situation that college students' motivations to involve volunteer services are tend to individual interests seriously; rooting "community",serviced with a smile are used to continue the large-scale voluntary's good moral educated result; caring about volunteer,educated individualized are used to prevent,suppress moral growing negatively. At last, student volunteers must have the awareness to pass,sublimate the volunteer's culture spirit. All of these are attempt to achieve the purpose of growing college students' moral in a more broadly expect, and to enhance Chinese nation's quality in a more profound look. |
