Research On College Students' Voluntary Service And Its Countermeasures

As an important way to cultivate and train people,voluntary service plays an important and positive role in carrying forward the new trend of The Times and spreading the positive energy of the society.It not only embodies the traditional virtue and national spirit of our country,but also embodies the specific requirements of our country for actively building a harmonious socialist society.In the volunteer service activities,college students,as a vigorous and vigorous team to promote the development of China's volunteer service,are more representative and important.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned in his letters to college student volunteers that the college student volunteer service should be fully supported,praised and encouraged.In this context,as one of the important ways for colleges and universities to carry out practical education,college student volunteer service plays an important role in the development of the whole volunteer service and the cultivation of college students' comprehensive practical ability.Nowadays,more and more colleges and universities advocate the practice of education,through practice to make college students healthy development,become a sound person,so that college students form a good world view,outlook on life and values,for college students in the future to better pave the way for social development.And voluntary service is to practice education to provide a good opportunity.Although the practice of voluntary service for college students in China has achieved initial results,there are still many problems to be solved,which are worth our deep thinking.In order to continuously improve the quality of college students volunteer service,improve the effect of the practice of the college students volunteer service education,this article analyzes the present status of the practice education of college students volunteer service to think about its existing problems,in order to improve the effectiveness and authenticity of the articles,this article USES the literature material method and questionnaire survey as the main writing methods,namely,in search of a large number of relevant literature,on the basis of the current status of practical education of college students volunteer serviceactivities in China launched an investigation,analyzed the current status of college students volunteer service activities of practice education,and attempts to analyze the way to improve the effect of education from various angles.In addition to the introduction,the main body is divided into four parts,which are summarized as follows:Part one: expound the basic theory of college student volunteer service.Firstly,it explains the dialectical relationship between voluntary service,university student voluntary service,practical education,and voluntary service and practical education,which is a preliminary understanding of the basic theory of university student voluntary service.Secondly,the development of college students' volunteer service interaction is described,and the rise and development of volunteer service in the west and China are expounded.Then,it briefly summarizes the basic characteristics of college students' volunteer service activities,in order to deepen the understanding of college students' volunteer service activities;Finally,it is helpful for college students to form a correct ideology and service consciousness by narrating the meaning and education function of voluntary service.The second part is practice education present situation analysis of college students volunteer service activities,is also part of the theory with practice,first of all,on the part of colleges and universities in Hebei province college students volunteer service organization has carried on the brief summary,on the basis of the literature with the method of questionnaire survey and random interviews,based on the principle of feasibility,volunteer service organizations of some universities in Hebei province and practice education present situation of college students volunteer service activities,and use charts and other ways to collect the results of the analysis,it is concluded that current our country university students volunteer service practice education part of the preliminary results and existing problems;The third part is the analysis of the reason for the college students volunteer service activities is insufficient,to delve into the second part,mainly from college students lack of volunteer service enthusiasm,schools lack of volunteer service propaganda and guidance,volunteer service organization development is not mature,and the government,society and families lack of corresponding supporting the four aspects of the second part of thequestionnaire survey to explore the problem reason.The fourth part mainly countermeasures study,namely science to improve the countermeasure analysis of the college students volunteer service activities,the cause of the problem in view of the third part,this section respectively targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,including college students should pay attention to the internal motivation to develop its own volunteer service activities,the school should strengthen the propaganda and guidance of voluntary service,voluntary service organizations should strengthen the construction of its internal mechanism and the government,society and families cope with college students volunteer service activities to provide corresponding support,to better promote education actual effect of college students volunteer service.
