Writing instruction is an important and difficult part of Chinese teaching in primary school. Using investigation method, this article analyze the current serious situation that the primary students are short of interest and ability in writing. The root cause is the disorder of writing instruction, including teaching materials, writing training, and writing evaluation.The research results of writing instruction in sequence from ancient and contemporary Chinese experts are sorted in this article. On the basis of Chinese curriculum standard, teaching materials, recognition characters of primary students, and my own teaching experience, the author designs a simple, practical writing training plan, to guide the primary students to improve their writing ability in sequence, and show the scientific, orderly, and reasonable gradient from easy to difficult in writing instruction.
