These factors affect the number of men kindergarten teachers and the situation of their teaching and adapting. Our kindergartens should raise the proportion of men becoming kindergarten teachers, reduce the phenomenon of men quitting from kindergarten teachers, build a better platform for men kindergarten teachers and form a better system for men kindergarten teachers to make efforts to achieve breakthroughs.
