For a long time, most kindergarten teachers are women. With the development of society and with the transformation of concepts, men kindergarten teachers raise high concern in society and gradually go to work in the nurseries.However, generally speaking, the number of men kindergarten teachers is very small, besides, kindergartens enjoy unequal distribution of men kindergarten teachers and worse still, men kindergarten teachers are not stable, being probable to quit the jobs in the kindergartens. Based on the reading and analyzing of a large number of documents, this research is approaching the true state of men kindergarten teachers by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research looks into the situation of men kindergarten teachers who have different education backgrounds, different working years and different jobs in the kindergartens, aiming to grasp these teachers'teaching and adapting condition and meanwhile, analyze the elements that affect their teaching and adapting condition. Also, this research conducts a survey on nearly a hundred students who are studying for becoming a kindergarten teacher to have a good knowledge of these future men kindergarten teachers'professional values and confidence and hopes for becoming a kindergarten teacher.Research findings that Kindergarten teachers for their on-the-job men in this career more satisfied with the common in pre-school education, for his role in the field of recognition, they think that more men in kindergarten teachers of children's development have indeed certain simulative effect; The future of the kindergarten teachers to they are going to men in this career with a high degree of common expectations, they can break the shackles of traditional ideas, in order to develop a vision of the future to look at for business, and full of confidence; The study also found that men kindergarten teachers'teaching and adapting situation lies in the changes of traditional concepts, The worth of the profession consciousness, parents and women kindergarten teachers, Family members and friends to support it or not , the good beginning of their teaching career, the roles of changing by themselves, Leader attitude, Personal professional growth, their development space and some other relevant factors. These factors affect the number of men kindergarten teachers and the situation of their teaching and adapting. Our kindergartens should raise the proportion of men becoming kindergarten teachers, reduce the phenomenon of men quitting from kindergarten teachers, build a better platform for men kindergarten teachers and form a better system for men kindergarten teachers to make efforts to achieve breakthroughs.
