From Sociological Perspective Analysis Our Country Group Events Under Background Of Social Transition

China is becoming to a modern industrial society, economic structure, the pattern of interests, values and other are diversifying, conflicts of interest between different groups and contradictions gradually emerged, the frequent group events is the direct embodiment of our social problems in the transition of society. First, the paper reviews the research of group events and redefines the concept of group events, the paper takes the research methods of qualitative and quantitative, the combination of descriptive and explanatory study ensures the research could provide the objectivity and neutrality results. Secondly, the paper explains the classical cases, analyzes the causes of cases and provides a theoretical basis for the solution of the group events. And all kinds of information explode in the Internet and other ways, the traditional media and new media have a strong influence on our society, government administration and public service functions accept the new challenges. We should reform the backward administrative management system and the grassroots cadres' stability control thinking in order to meet the need of the masses, simultaneously the grassroots cadres, mass media, online media and other factors lead to the occurrence of group events. Thirdly, from the perspective of social psychology we study the fanaticism under the non-rational sense, deeply explore the psychological motives of individual actions, and study the individual's mental operation mechanism of the group events. Finally, Deviates from the norm the theory, using the social conflict theory and the social role behavior and so on related to the sociological classical theory knowledge, proposes the group event's dealing with strategy and the concrete handling method. And from the angle to politics, judicature, culture, system and so on,the paper provides some measures for the prevention of and solution of group events. The group events which produces inevitably as one of the social problem of the transition period China society, needs the government and the public joint effort to express the benefit demand unimpeded the channel, realizes the society harmoniously stable.
