The Analysis Of Strategies Of Coping With University Students Group Events

In recent years, with the deepening of Reform and Opening up and the depth of socialchange, the tendency of university market-orientation and socialization have becomeincreasingly obvious. New problems and new contradictions have gradually raised inuniversities, university students group events have shown upward trend. University students,as the most active and most likely to impulse, the most sensitive, the most dynamic specialgroups, are the basis to maintain normal education and teaching order. Whether to better solveuniversity students group events bears on the security of university and the social stability.Ideological and political education, as an education means, is the main tools ofeducation and teaching management. Effectiveness of Ideological and political education inuniversities directly relate that whether university students can establish a correct concept ofvalue, whether university students can keep calm and rational and whether to reduce thehazard as far as possible. This article starts with the analysis of two typical group events ofJiangnan University and applies the means of ideological and political education with thetheory of sociology, psychology and political science in order to explore the effective tacticsfor solving university students group events.This article begin with the specific events to analyze the reasons for the group events, atthe same time analyze the influence factors of these events from those aspects which includethe university ideological and political education not in place,the defectiveness of universitymanagement system and university students own characters.
