Research On The Strategies Of Teaching Construction In The Colleges And Universities

Teaching is the central task of the colleges and universities, so the teaching construction is the most important task in the colleges and universities. However, the teaching construction is a complex system which needs us to establish a set of stringent and effective system to complete the talents training work in the higher education.Teaching construction in the higher education, to its basic content, includes distinguished teachers, team construction for teachers, special major construction, excellent course construction, experimental teaching demonstration center construction, the innovated mode of talent training construction and so on; to its basic modes, includes the vertical and horizontal construction mode. The traditional teaching construction mode is the vertical mode, that is, the teaching construction project ranges from the university's level to the provincial or civic level and then to the national level. The drawback of this model is likely to cause the rigidness and excellence of the teaching construction system, which is difficult to mobilize the initiative and interoperability of teachers more broadly. Therefore teaching construction mode needs to reconstruct and the horizontal construction mode will be its first choice.Therefore, the purpose of this paper focuses on the building of the horizontal construction mode and by borrowing good ideas from the theorical research achievements of the teaching construction strategies in the higher education at home and abroad to discuss the importance of the horizontal construction mode. This paper attempts to create an (?)tive framework of the horizontal mode which is beneficial to the teaching construction and the talents training in the higher education.
