| Chinese martial art is of long standing and well established,which combines with kick-boxing,entertainment,health care,performance and a great deal of function till now.And it also plays a vital role in passing on the profound Chinese culture from one generation to another and educating the next generation. Nowadays, both the State Physical Cultural Adminstration and the Minstry of Education have published some relevant regulations,which encourage people to practise Chinese martial art and carry forward the fine traditions of Chinese culture.Pupils are the hope in the future.Thus,it is very necessary to carry out the education of Chinese martial art in primary school extensively. On April 3,2004, the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education issued educational outlines for promoting and developing national spirit in primary and secondary schools,and pointed out in the enforcement regulations of section 4 that we ought to add some Chinese martial art in PE lessons appropriately,which fully indicated that the education of martial art has a great significance on healthy and cultural education in primary schools.This investigation adopted some references,questionnaires,interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and it also combined with quantitative research and qualitative analysis.It regard the martial art education of primary schools as subjects,and looked into the present found situation of martial art.Then drew conclusions and put forward relevant strategy.The conclusions of the investigation as follows:(1) The hardware facilities of martial art are weak in Baoding primary schools commonly and lessons are not widespread normally,even some primary schools seldom organized martial art activities after school.(2) The teaching material of martial art and the demands of students are not completely corresponding,as well as the working abilities of teachers.The organic combinations between primary martial teaching and virtue education are vague,which haven't highlight the comprehensive function and value of martial art education.(3) The structure of PE teachers'age is reasonable,however,the proportion of structure is low and some teachers have to improve their teaching abilities.(4) The evaluation system of martial art teaching still followed the old one and it didn't suit the requirements of new course standard.Also,a majority of various departments of management belong to each other from top to bottom,which are short of effective inspection.Due to the reasons above-mentioned,the relevant departments tried to put forward some solutions to reform the present situation of martial art lessons in primary schools as follows:(1) The ministry of education and school leaders ought to make further effort to attch importance to martial art teaching,and increase the input of software and hardware facilities of martial art teaching.(2) Strengthen the positive promotion of martial art to prompt the widespread and development of martial art.(3) The demands of educationa development should use students'suitability as a point of departure. (4) Combine the learning with moral education and highlight the comprehensive education and value.(5) Learn to reform the logical evaluation system of martial art lessons and supervision mechanism to ensure the good running of martial art teaching in primary schools. |
