In order to completely reflect the overall situation, the study samples are based on 50% samples of the recorded martial arts schools in Langfang Sports Bureau.Literature data, interview survey, questionnaire, statistics, logical analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods are used in this paper. The management, teaching, teachers and students of the Martial Arts schools are studied, corresponding measures are suggested and the study results are as follows:1. Private martial arts schools have a long history in Langfang, which play an important role in the development of Chinese martial arts and public fitness services. Under the supervision of related departments the existing martial arts schools (associations) are all examined, approved, put on records and developing gradually towards standardized and orderly direction.2, Martial arts schools (associations) mainly located in economically developed urban areas and towns, of which 86% are profitable. Their scale is generally small, having the current average of 62 students per school, whose investment is among 50 to 100 thousand.3. The owner is an individual or a private partnership of local men, average age 44 years, mostly below secondary education, low level educated, and lack of modern management concepts, obtaining funds from membership fees and enrolling new students by sending out publicity materials and existing students'referrals, taking a single business model.4. The quality of coaches is rather low. 95% of the coaches only have the specialist qualifications even below. 92% don not have the coach professional titles; 52% have not received induction training. Low quality of coaches influenced the teaching and training effectiveness and quality in those martial arts schools (associations).5. Members of the martial arts schools mainly come from the local resident population of the region, including students, state civil servants, workers, retirees and other sectors, youngsters as the main, more men than women (7.5:2.5), whose motivation is to enhance health, improve self-cultivation and self-defense ability.6. Traditional boxing and armed routine are the main courses in martial arts schools generally taught in the morning and evening. Most of the martial arts schools divide students into different classes on their health level.7. The main factors of restricting the development of martial arts schools (associations) in Langfang are: the lagging management ideas, a single business model, the overall low qualified coaches, the unreasonable curriculum, inadequate managerial personnel, and the implementation of management systems. 8.
