The adult higher education has the function of the training staff andworkers in production, construction and services and serves the promotionof human capital in enterprises. So it is very close contact about appliedtalents training of higher adult education and the business human capitalincrease. The adult higher education should reform school system toundertake the mission with various forms of cooperation. Schools andenterprises have their own advantages,and they can share resources toachieve common development.
