Teaching based on learning plans (TBLP)is the transformation of teaching from focusing on the study of teaching methods to focusing on that of learning methods, which promotes the transition of teachers'role. In this thesis, literature search and practical research are integrated. Conducting a meta-analysis and field research, we discussed the background and significance of the implementation of TBLP, the current situation of teaching and learning in rural middle schools, and the significance of the implementation of TBLP in rural secondary schools.Moreover,based on the practical experiments, we studied the feasibility of TBLP in rural secondary schools. The theoretical basis of TBLP, the compilation principles and the implementation methods and strategies of learning plans for chemistry science in secondary schools are also discussed.The experiences and lessons of TBLP are summarized ,which provides a feasibility basis for the implementation of TBLP in rural secondary schools, and demonstrates TBLP is a feasible and effective mode of teaching with teaching practice. It is of a certain significance for the improvement of current situation of chemistry teaching in rural middle schools.
