Given the fact that a reasonable and proper transformation of teaching methodologies on the teachers'part and learning styles of the students is highly emphasized in the new Curricular Standard, learning-plan-oriented teaching activities are supposed to be carried out in compliance with the new curricular concepts and based on instructional design theories. Thus, it deserves serious consideration and respect how to work our effective and practical learning-plans in terms of the students'knowledge acquisition and in accordance with the new curricular concepts, contributing to the students'overall development and reflecting the characteristics of the schools and teachers involved as well. Based on daily teaching activities and instructional design theories, with former practical teaching experience combined, this paper is intended to delve into some strategies for working out learning-plans, including some key principles to follow in designing learning-plans, the ingredients of learning plans, and some specific requirements for this task. Presented here are two concrete learning-plans designed on the basis of this theory, and a systematic evaluation and detailed analysis have been conducted by means of questionnaire and self-reflection so as to determine the feasibility of the theory. It turns out that it is highly feasible to design learning-plans on the basis of this very theory. Also it can serve as a guidance in our future task of learning-plan designing, and it will greatly facilitate the curriculum reform in our school.
