Brainstorming is a widely used technique to increase creativity since it is brought out by Osborne. But if brainstorming is really effective, researchers have different opinions on it. There is no evidence to support unified conclusion. This study focuses on the interaction of the information hints in the outputs of brainstorming, so as to explore the effectiveness of brainstorming.This Study contains three experiments. Three experiments are around each other, gradually adding the experimental factors. Pre-experimental test of creative thinking question is done before the formal experiment to confirme its effectiveness.1. Study one examine if there are differences among the outputs of three different kinds of brainstorming. Resurt show there are different outputs among three different kinds of brainstorming.2.Study two examine if the exist of information hints and the feature of information (high creativity and low creativity, audio types and text types, forced and free presentation) have effect on the output of individual creative thinking; The result shows:the existence of information hints may promote the creative outputs of brainstorming, high creative information hints have better effect than low creative information hints, mainly displays in fluency; the creativity of outputs of audio types -information hints group is superior to the text type group, mainly displays in flexibility; the creativity of outputs of Forced-present group is superior to the freedom-present group, mainly displays in fluency and flexibility.3. Study three examine if the exist of the interpersonal interaction and the type of interpersonal interaction (text and voice interaction) have effect on the output of individual creative thinking. The result shows: the existence of interpersonal interaction will promote the creative output of brainstorming only if high creative information hints exist, mainly displays in fluency and subtleness, there is nearly no influences if the creative of information hints is low.
