Multiple intelligence theory prove music intelligence is an important component of human intelligence. For every person, the music is innate intelligence, just have different music intelligent height. Infancy is the key period of life intelligent development, and music intelligent but also because of the particularity of other various intelligence, can form simulative effect. Therefore, in this period, science, correct and effective music education activities of children's music for the development of intelligent, and promote the development of the various intelligence are particularly important. Therefore, this study is based on the theory of Gardner's multiple intelligence theory, in the United States from its success in practice the spectral scheme, by writing music advantage course to intervene, key research 3-6 years old music intelligence advantages of children's music level.This study in Shanxi Province chose 11 kindergartens, from 3-6 year olds with music intelligence choose part of children advantage as the research object, through interviews observation and case analysis experiment method, first to have music intelligence advantage of understanding and intelligent children to these children, then examine music advantage on the intervention, finally achieved courses for children ages 3-6 music advantage intelligence development purposes。This study used by our children ages 3-6 teachers assess multiple intelligences, and screened with music advantage questionnaire by children, the intelligent measurement compared before and after using experimental design of music advantage to intervene, experimental course after the music advantage by measuring self-designed questionnaire preschool teacher evaluation of performance, to test for 3 to 6 year olds music advantage intelligent influences. This research leads to some conclusions as below. 1. research shows that:there level children music advantage of grade teachers assess performance of the theoretical idea questionnaire basically support latitude, good reliability and validity small-class-based 4 latitude for:perception imitation of emotional expression melody voice singing ability, explain variations perception for 66.848%; Role-play:four latitude creation and expression ability to detect and performance ability, ability to read music singing ability for 61.549% explanation variation; Class 4 latitude for:ability to play creation and singing ability expression ability to appreciate the ability for 62.020%, explain variations2. Apply the teachers'assessment measuring scale for child's multiple abilities development scaling as a study instrument, pretest to the three grades'experimental group and contrast group infants, results show that:the three grades'experimental group and contrast group infants are homogeneous.3. Two big classes with that in comparative classes in preschool classes on the whole is significant differences in four dimensions classes were higher than that in comparative classes, classes, there was significant difference in perception and performance given general spectrum ability on singing ability in experimental classes, three dimensions scored higher than that in comparative classes, there was significant difference in the creation and expression in experimental classes, dimensions also scored higher than that in comparative classes, but there are no significant differences in expressing ability and class dimensions, to appreciate the ability to score higher than that in comparative classes, and experimental classes there were significant differences in creation and singing ability to play the two dimensions, slightly higher than that in comparative classes scored classes, but there are no significant differences...
