Research On Optimizing Disposition Of Logistics Human Resources In Shandong Xiehe Vocational College

High vocational education is entering a historic period of rapid development in China. With enhance of the strategic position and the enrollment expansion of the private vocational colleges, their logistics' human resources disposition is facing new requirements. Because of history and characteristics, there are many problems of logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges. How to optimize logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges have become an important issue.However, up to now, few researchers discussed logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges. Most researchers pay more attention to national universities. As a result, the theory of human resources management in universities is defective, and the valid path of optimizing logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges couldn't be discovered.So there is academic significance and practice significance carrying studies on optimizing logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges. Base on HRM Theory and Semi-structured interview, this paper chose Shandong Xiehe Vocational College as typical case, studied the current situation, problems, causes and tactics of logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, there are specificities of logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges. Second, the problems of logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges include location ambiguity, structure imbalance, mechanism lag, too large workload and lack of protection. And Mechanism lag is the most prominent among them.Third, it is a persistent process of optimizing logistics' human resources disposition in private vocational colleges, needing not only operational tactics but also strategic tactics.
