China's "basic education curriculum reform " states:general practice is a required course for the students from grade 3 to grade 9 and the students in general high school. As the "bright points" and "difficult points" of the new curriculum, Integrated practice courses focus on the new curriculum reflects the core values of the basic concepts and pursuit. Different from the traditional curriculum, it acts as a comprehensive curriculum form, which not only puts forward new requirements for teachers'course view, teaching materials, teaching and students view concept, but also raises new challenges to the implementation capacity of the school curriculum, the administration's course management ability. What comprehensive practice courses and programs reflect the value of the key goals is the ability to adhere to the normal course of implementation. I believe implementing this course of comprehensive practical activities to school-based normalization strategy has important theoretical and practical value.Panyu district of Guangzhou city, is the implementation of the national curriculum area, since 2001 the implementation of integrated practice curriculum has been studied and valuable experimental experience was gained. The author Integrated Panyu district primary practical activities for the study, use the ways of literature reviewing, survey and other methods of research. By analyzing Panyu district primary school Integrated practical activities of the status quo,the author wants to explore the impact on Panyu district, General practice primary reason for the implementation of normalization,study further on the basis and put forward strategy for the implementation of normalization of Panyu District Primary School school-based comprehensive practical activities. Details are as follows:Chapter I:describes the background of topics, the purpose and meaning, defines the relevant concepts, research ideas and methods introduced.Chapter II:collects and sorts the relevant literature,at home and abroad, understands the research progress and results that comprehensive practice activity courses achieved. It has obtained a plenty of research results about the integrated nature of the courses, course design value of the theme, curriculum and other aspects of the implementation of the strategy. But the results of how the course of comprehensive practical activities, the implementation of the normalization is relatively small, General Practice Course, especially the normal school-based strategies, it fails to play its role in guiding implement on a practical level.Chapter III:by extracting 12 representative schools in Panyu district the author conducted a questionnaire to understand the status of curriculum implementation of the comprehensive practical activities in Panyu district, The survey found that the main problem of the normal course of comprehensive practical activities is that the awareness is relatively weak, inadequate social support, lack of integrity and long-term curriculum planning, resource development and utilization of inadequate curriculum and management are not standardized, the quality of teachers and guidance configuration of less than the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the implementation of integrated practice difficult to normalization, and even the phenomenon of course suspended. The reasons may be that there are aspects of school leadership, and a teacher level, as well as students, parents and the community level, it is a system problem, generally summarized are the following reasons:Integrated practice course on the deviation of understanding, comprehensive practice lack of experience curriculum implementation activities, comprehensive practice courses Anhui low quality teachers to ensure the implementation of integrated practice course the system does not sound normal, the above reasons make it difficult to achieve comprehensive practical activities and the normal implementation of the curriculum.Chapterâ…£:according to the Main results of the survey analysis, the author puts forward strategies to promote the school-based primary comprehensive practical activites normalization implementation. It mainly includes:correct understanding of the concept of update courses; develop school implementation and plan comprehensive practice course; specification-based integrated practice management system; improve the overall practice of course the effectiveness of school-based training of teachers; positive social support for parents. Owing to the urgent time, there remains problems of strategies of refinement and other issues, further efforts need to be made in the future.
