It pays attention to the individual needs of students,Adapts to the social development and changes,closely connects with the life practice,and attaches importance to the emergence of the comprehensive practice activity courses that students personally experience,which brings more free space for students and expands the width and depth of students’ learning.However,a series of changes,such as flexible and diverse activity modes,independent research and development activity themes and textbooks,and open interdisciplinary contents,make teachers’ behavior and development of their professional quality face confusion and confusion.It has been 19 years since the comprehensive practical activity curriculum was first proposed in 2001,but there are still many reasons why it is difficult for schools to promote the good implementation of the national compulsory curriculum.As the key and core character of curriculum reform,it is necessary to explore why it is difficult to implement and why to implement the curriculum.This study focuses on the difficulties and challenges encountered by teachers in the development and implementation of the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities in primary schools in the aspects of role identity,identity transformation and professional development.In Xian’s S primary school as a case,using semi-structured interviews,text analysis,observation and other methods to collect data,into the teacher preparation before the seminar of comprehensive practice curriculum and curriculum implementation,curriculum implementation evaluation and exchanges at various stages,understand the case for the elementary school higher grades teachers all aspects of the implementation of comprehensive practical activity courses,the overall perception of teachers in the problems that exist in the implementation of comprehensive practical activity courses,hope that through this "quality" approach,especially for teachers’ real and complete personal words and behavior,more accurately grasp the teachers and explore the real value of the construction of the constantly changing world,and then through the attribution analysis,It is expected to find effective methods and measures to help teachers out of the dilemma.The content structure of this paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It includes the concept definition of the curriculum implementation of comprehensive practice activities and comprehensive practice activities in primary schools.Combing the literature related to the comprehensive practice course and grasping the research contents of the comprehensive practice course in recent years;Research origin,research purpose,research significance,research value,research method,etc.The second chapter is the value implication of the curriculum of comprehensive practice activities.Through the pursuit of the value significance of the curriculum of comprehensive practice activities and the new role of teachers,the author explains the teachers’ status in the implementation of the curriculum of comprehensive practice activities.The third chapter is the overall situation of the school and the general situation of the school’s comprehensive practice curriculum,as well as the actual appearance of the teachers in the implementation of the comprehensive practice curriculum.Based on the comprehensive practice activity case for primary school teachers to carry out the theme of the former research,the design of the activity such as meeting tracking observation and record,understanding before the activities of teachers-for real implementation record and analysis of the comprehensive practice activity,exchange and evaluation after implementation results show,realize the whole process of comprehensive practice curriculum of teachers’ behavior.Through the comparison with the should-be state,this paper discusses the deficiency of teachers in practice,and analyzes the causes of the deficiency of teachers’ behavior.The fourth chapter,through the description of some stories,truly restored the teachers in the various stages before and after the implementation of the comprehensive practice curriculum,combined with the interviews of the teachers in charge of the comprehensive practice curriculum,understood the teachers’ own inner monologue,and explored the difficulties of the teachers in the implementation of the comprehensive practice curriculum.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and specific Suggestions for the implementation difficulties of the fourth chapter,which provides ideas for schools and teachers to smoothly implement the curriculum of comprehensive practice activities.Meanwhile,it also hopes to make a case study and provide possible reference for other primary school teachers.
