China's private higher education has become an important part of higher education, it has made great contribution to the Popularization of higher education in China. With private colleges growth and development, it gives more students the opportunity for higher education, many young people have the aspirations of the university, improve the overall quality of young people as a whole. It has nurtured many talents to the rapid socio-economic development, also played a very important role to improve the quality of the nationals of countries.China private colleges depend on the sustainable development of the fine building of the contingent of teachers, good building of the contingent of teachers will promote the rapid development of private colleges. Thus the building of the contingent of teachers of Private Colleges is the basis of Private Colleges. This paper is divided into five parts for research and analysis.First, the outline of private colleges and Universities, including the connotation of private colleges,the nature of private colleges, the role of the private colleges and the course of development of private colleges.Second, through the literature and understand building of the contingent of teachers status, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the auxiliary of the Northeast Normal University of Humanities building of the contingent of teachers. first, teachers basic information: the age structure of teachers,educational structure, professional structure, the psychological conditions of teachers; The second is the treatment of the school security system,continuing education and training system,scientific research atmosphere. Through survey data, understanding Northeast Normal University of Humanities building of the contingent of teachers of the status .Third, analysis the problems and cause on the building of the contingent of teachers in private colleges. The problem is that the unreasonable structure of the contingent of teachers, teachers psychological instability, lack of the security treatment and school teacher training, Schools do not dense atmosphere of scientific research, neglected building of the morality teachers. It has four reasons: First, the government have not enough support on the private colleges;the second is social bias on private colleges, is not inflow of education; third, the school management mechanism is not sound; fourth, it is lack of teachers "ownership" of "wage" stronger mentality.Fourth, learn successful experience of the United States and Japan building of the contingent of teachers. Including employ teachers,incentives, as well as the training system.Fifth, the strategic thinking of private college teachers' contingent, from the government, society, schools, teachers four levels to development. the government should actively guide and support to the private college; schools should establish and improve the mechanism of protection; teachers should strengthen individual quality.
