| With the development of the economic, people's demand for high-quality education grows more strongly.However, the resources of the high-quality education are limited. This contradiction raises a lot of inequities in education, having a direct impact on the social harmony and stability. So how to promote the balanced development and fairness of education becomes a major issue in our current education reform. Recentlly, many studies have been carried out on this issues and the results are all varies. But the researches of high school in the foundation stage are very little. According to the present situation, the configuration of the education resources in high school of Guangdong Province is studied in this article.An outline including the indicators such as the financial, human and material resources is made according to the specific needs of the research. In order to find out the actual situation of the configuration of the education resources between high schools of Guangdong Province, one school of Guangzhou and another of Meizhou are selected as examples. This article is divided into four parts. Firstly, the origin of the research is introduced. And some expert's ideas and methods are analyzed. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the balanced development of education and policy supports are discussed. The theoretical basis of the balanced development of education includes education equality theory and public goods theory. And the policy measures and future policy orientation promulgated by the central government and the local governments are also discussed in this part. Thirdly, the junior high and the high of the two example high schools are respectively compared from three dimensions such as the financial, human and material resources. And then the current configuration of the education resources in high school of Guangdong Province is concluded. So the conclusion that the configuration of the education resources in both parts of the high school is unbalanced is proposed. Some reasons loading to these conditions are also discussed. Finally, the research results are summarized, and the suggests promoting the balance of the configuration of the education resources in high school of Guangdong Province are proposed. |
