In 21st century, to carry out the education for all-round development actively and totally is a serious strategy to train more modern construction talented persons and make the country stronger, and a meaningful revolution of foundation education as well. If you only consider the students of high mark in the school or in a team, you ignore the target of all-round development. In fact, "the students with low starting point" play a very important role in teaching. And how to help them get rid of the difficulties? This report makes the subject of the causes and transformation of "students with low starting point" in ordinary Junior Middle School, which aims to accelerate and improve the personnel training to ensure China's competitive position in the world. The report analyses the background of the subject in details and makes sense of the research from the conclusion. According to the relative theories of education, psychology, modern brain technology, multiple intelligences and so on, it correctly defines the concept of "students with low starting point". In terms of society, schools, families, school education, educators, environment, psychological situation and characters of "students with low starting point",it analyses the causes of the group of "students with low starting point". On the basis of theories and causes, some research methods are used, such as documentary method, investigation method, case analysis action research, it costs three years to research the transformation methods step by step.
