The purpose and significance of the study: The domestic research on the starting angle of the footing plate of the athlete's starting board is very few,and the body shape,technique and quality of the foreign sprinter are very different from those of the domestic sprinter.The world famous sprinter Lewis,plus Terin,Powell,Gay,and Bolt are both taller than 1.80 meters in height and over 75 kilograms in weight,while most of the famous sprint athletes in East Asian countries are all about 1.72 meters tall and weigh 65 kilograms,such as Su Bingtian,Lao Yi and Japan.The Kiryu Akihide and Ito Shinji Divisions have differed greatly in their height and weight.Therefore,it is of practical significance to apply the biomechanical multi-machine synchronous measurement method to the study of the starting angle of the domestic athlete's starting board.Since the sprint is 0.01 seconds as the timing unit,0.01 seconds often determine the outcome of the game,through experimental research,to provide scientific guidance for China's sprinter to choose starting blocks to tilt the angle of the foot board,and provide a theoretical basis for the sprinter start teaching and training.Research methods: The article mainly uses the literature data collection method,three-dimensional video analysis method,three-dimensional force table test method,through the experimental study,and finally the mathematical statistics and analysis.Research conclusions: Starting block angle of the starting board has an influence on the starting speed,which is mainly manifested in the size of the front stability angle of the athlete,the size of the knees and knees,and the first step.When the distance between the two starting boards of the starting blocks and the starting line is fixed,the results of the group experiment show that the front leaning foot board has an inclination angle of 50 degrees and the rear footboard inclination angle is the best 55 degrees.The athlete has the fastest starting speed and power.The data shows that the resultant force is the greatest at this angle.Lower limb movement model: the front stability angle is 20 degrees,the left leg knee angle fluctuation is 85.0 degrees to 90.0 degrees,the right leg knee angle fluctuation value is 97.5 degrees to 105.0 degrees,and the left leg ankle angle fluctuation value is 98.6 degrees to At 110.3 degrees,the angle fluctuations of the right leg ankle joint range from 89.2 degrees to 99.6 degrees.The first step is about 1.18 meters.Individuals then make some fine adjustments based on this situation.At the moment of preparatory posture stabilization,athletes cannot simply pursue the angle of 90 degrees for the knee joint of the front leg and 120 degrees for the knee of the hind leg in order to pursue the best preparatory posture angle of the so-called world-class sprinter.This is unscientific.It is unreasonable to consider whether the front stabilizer angle of the athlete is too large.If the front stabilizer angle is too large,it is unfavorable for the athlete to break the balance and it is not conducive to the quick start of the athlete.The choice of front and rear leg knee angles should be based on changes in the front and rear starting blocks' tilt angles.When the front and rear starting blocks are too large,it is not good for the support of the athletes' shoulders.Very high,the athlete's two hips should be higher than the two shoulders,both shoulders beyond the starting line.In the first step of the athlete's right foot landing,the first step should not be too long,the center of gravity should be low,and he should not be able to get up too early.From the first step after starting,the starting point is gradually increased,and the step frequency is gradually accelerated.If the length of the step exceeds the limit,it will affect the athlete's next step speed.At the same time,the athlete cannot pursue the forward-backward force Fx when starting.It should consider the size of the resultant force.
