Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Rural Vocational Education

Person with ability is very important for development of any nation, especially for China, a developing country, who needs to develop various undertakings. It is the same situation for rural economy. The education systems especially the rural vocational education system could provide person with agricultural ability, thus, to vigorously develop vocational education in rural areas is one of the important ways to strong our nation through technology and education; and it is useful to improve whole quality of rural population and enhance their income.In recent years, the situation of our rural areas was not so optimistic, since lots of young people affluxed to big cities to work, thus, the leaving of main labor force who should stayed in rural to contribute their home development has negative effect to the development of rural and growth of rural people.It is a valuable task that how to give the younger farmer high quality education and make them be new farmer of knowledgable, capable, innovation, and have good ability to manage and improve the state of our rural part.This thesis mainly focused on the history, current situation and problems of our rural vocational education, used the developed the advanced experience of vocational education in rural areas as reference at the same time, thus, provided new method, new strategy of our rural vocational education development for its sustainable development.In this paper's opinion, it is first important to realize that the development of rural vocational education is necessary condition of the development of rural areas. To adjust the structure of rural vocational education is necessary then. The measures included to rich the style of run the school; to adjust the structure of rural school; to make it a premise of propaganda; to emphasis the combination of theory and practice; to gain fund from government; to improve the process of joint school; to access to the professional and vocational qualification certificate system; and so on. To construct the new rural areas was the basement of development of rural vocational education system and it could make the rural economy developing sustained and stable. The main content of this paper included: purpose and significance of China's rural vocational education and research; overview of international research; the content of vocational education in rural China and the theoretical basis; analysis of the factors of foreign experience and vocational education in rural areas; providing measures and recommendations for the development of rural vocational education based on the analysis of the problems and the reasons within the status of rural vocational education.
