Internship in vocational high college is a way of making students from a single classroom to actual job positions. It is a special learning process which is gradually shifting from theory-based practice-based learning to form a strong practical ability. It may improve the students'work practices and innovative ability. The main propose of internship is improving the connection between theory and practice. Along with the rapid development of our country's economy, there is an increasing demand for technical talents. While the new demand and challenge are brought forward to high vocational school management, it is also inevitable to have a profound impact on being an important part of student practice management work to high vocational education of school management in all aspects. In this paper, it takes high vocational colleges as the study objects. Through analyzing the situation of internship in Shandong W Vocational College, it reflects on practice patterns of high vocational colleges. Firstly, it analyzes the background of internship in higher vocational colleges. It describes the study purpose, meaning, and then explores the importance of internship in vocational high school. Then, through retrieval of information, it summaries the research status quo on internship at home and abroad and discusses the meaning and model of internship. This can be an entry point to the paper. And then, it conducts a survey of internship in Shandong W vocational college and does an empirical study on internship from two aspects of students and enterprises. It finds a few problems in the internship. Also, it discusses"engineering alternation"in mainland,"engineering practice"in Taiwan,"dual system"in German,"obtaining employment"in American and focusing on cultivating personal characteristics in Japan. Lastly, it presents the countermeasure of optimization of students'internship in Shandong W vocational college. It presents the advice about how to solve the internship problem, which is the school should actively carry out patient counseling for students and solid foundation for students to create excellent conditions. At the same time, the students should also work hard to increase awareness of self-cultivation. Then it constructs a training model of ordered 2+1 and discusses the total framework and connotation of each element. Also it beneficially deliberates how to deepen the training model of ordered 2+1, i.e. it constructs a quality management and security system on vocational college internship. The management system includes internship quality evaluation, detail control and implementation and internship summary. The security system includes organization security, system security and process control. Then it elaborates how to launch an internship from students and college.
