Student-based education is a new educational ideas which is proposed based on quality education.The ideas advocated the rules of "all for the students, a high degree of respect for the students, fully rely on students ", the method of "doing before learning, mastering before learning, teaching after learning, not to teach for teaching " in teaching. The ideas make students feel happiness in class learning. The successful teaching experience tells us students love school, love learning and the students are confident, positive, confident and generous, cooperative and friendly, thinking active in the ideas. Student-based education's research in geography teaching domain especially in junior geography teaching is few from the domestic research condition. North region has fewer research in Student-based education than South region discussed by region. Shen yang's junior geography teachers have never researched it. So I, as a junior geography teacher, researched and mastered Shen yang junior geography student-based class's condition. I found existing problem and presented feasible suggestion about Student-based education's actualization in Shen yang junior geography teachingThe paper directed by Student-based theory presents the corresponding strategy about the problem occurred in Student-based education's actualization in Shen yang junior geography teaching. The paper is instructed by education theory and fully draws on learning theory, teaching model theory, teaching theory and existing research result in domestic Student-based education. The paper takes literature method, questionnaire method, experience summary method. The paper considers 4 dimensions:student-based, life-based, growth-base and lively-based and studies Shen yang junior geography class from teachers, students, teaching materials, school and parents of these five point.The following conclusions are drew by researching, analyzing and discussion:1) School supervisor's concept should be changed.2) Shen yang junior geography teachers' philosophy of education should be changed. (3) Geography teacher should master author's intention from the perspective of Student-based education.4) Change students' will of learning geography by idea of Student-based education.5)Change student parents' concept by students' changing in Student-based geography class's implementation.
