All managing activities of human beings are based on the management of man who is the original drive of organization and development. A good school should apply human-oriented management to arouse teachers'initiatives and motivations. Human-oriented management emphasizes that management should centralize human as the principals, and treats human as the main target of management, key resource of organization; all management activities should be taken encircling driving human's initiatives, motivations and creativities. Human-oriented management of middle school teachers requires to orienting the teachers dominant position in management. All management activities should be based on driving teachers'motivations and creativities, recognizing teachers'value and dignity, and cultivating teachers'intelligence to enable the full development of teachers'potentials and other aspects related.This paper combines QA and theory analysis to expose and analyze the five main problems in management of middle school teachers regarding the deficiency of lacking human-oriented management:the backward management conception makes the authorities ignore the study and execution of human-oriented management; the petrifiction management ignores the humanistic care towards teachers; the entitlement-oriented management ignores the democracy of teachers; dissatisfaction of teachers'reasonable requests and ignore of stimulation strategies; ignore of cultivation of campus culture and mutual value causes the teachers'lack of belongingness.By presenting the case of Tianjiabing Middle School's discovery and solving the deficiency of teachers'management and enforcing human-oriented management,On the base of contrast and analysis of a good quantity of document and materials, The author consulted experts of school management and executors of management. This paper states the background, key solutions and positive effects of the school's management revolution, thus proofs the scientificity and effectiveness of raised countermeasures. This paper raises some countermeasures according to the existing problems:improve the managing quality and build the human-oriented theory; develop humanistic care and execute humanized management system; enforce democracy management and improve the enthusiasm of teachers'participation; carry out stimulation strategy to stimulate teachers' working motivations; build campus culture to increase teachers'sense of belongingness.Human-oriented management as a managing concept and strategy has already become a common sense of education managing authorities, and the new tendency of modern school's management. Basically speaking, human-oriented management is the direction of school management. School lives on it and teachers are the basement of schooling. Only if we put "human-oriented management" which we propose today into force concretely, can we improve management of middle school teachers and make it better.
