At The Provincial Level. Standard Secondary School Towards The Provincial Model High Schools Countermeasures

The construction of provincial model high school is one important measure to put forward education reform and development, enforce strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education and requirement of self-development. With SWOT as theoretical foundation, this thesis points out; Cheng dong Middle School enjoys enough facilities to reach the standard of model school. However, there still exist many problems. More efforts are needed in school administration, resources exploration, elective courses, stuff training and school development. Facing the existing problems of Cheng dong high school and learning from the experience of Quanzhou No. 7 Middle School, this paper suggests a few measures. for example, Chengdong should establish advanced administration system, construct a harmonious Chengdong ,a special Chengdong, build good school culture, strengthen methodology research and stuff construction, put forward new courses reform, build a quality improvement platform, establish school culture and improve the impetus of school development. This thesis has its theoretical and practical significance for scholars interested in this field and schools that aspire to shift from a general school to a key one.
