Learning website, information technology and curriculum integration as a new form, is a kind of self-guided by the principle of focusing on directly to the information presented around the topic and network resources, is a constructivist learning theory under study, while infusion of information literacy education in the form of website construction. But look at the current construction of thematic learning resources, library resources, the construction of the main activities in the design of the lack of learners, there is little individualized learning for the learner's attention. Thus, with the deepening of the new curriculum, personalized learning and learner as the main features of the generated network of theme resources, a resource-building issues to be addressed urgently.This article analyzes the construction of domestic and international status of special learning website, and today's information technology education in high school deficiencies, proposed on the basis of this task-high school information technology learning website design and development. According to the needs of this study also defines the connotation and extension of concepts, which focus on multiple intelligence theory. Then, the theoretical basis of this study-Constructivist learning theory, humanistic learning theory, social learning theory related to the introduction and elaborated under the guidance of these theories, learning website design ideas. The next combination of learning website design ideas put forward specific design solutions, including case design, thematic learning, upload resources, message boards, small production and other modules. Self-contained modules designed for different resources to support learners, while related to each other, learners can study at any time to schedule according to their own corresponding learning modules to achieve the deep understanding of the knowledge. This study seeks to implement a real-time and asynchronous combining, combining fitness and generation of network resources. Information technology courses to enhance the fun of high school, so that information technology, lessons truly play its due role, and comprehensively improve the information literacy of secondary school students, and to develop good information ethics.
