IntroductionThe experiment measures the data difference got from running machine between students who keep their eyes open and closed while doing Wushu Serials,Aerobic Exercises and Mid-long Distance Running, and the data reflects their the dynamic equilibrium Ability. Comparing the difference of the dynamic equilibrium Ability of students who often do the above three sports and those who do not do exercises, the result of dynamic equilibrium Ability improvement would be evaluated in the experiment, and the disadvantages and advantages of the three exercises in improving dynamic equilibrium Ability would be analyzed. The result of the experiment would offer some theoretical reference for college student to improve their dynamic equilibrium Ability and to choose proper exercises for themselves.Methods1. Survey paper would be issued before the experiment and unqualified participant are picked out. The total number of participant is 117 persons in which there are 50 males and 57 females. People in each of the 4 test groups: Wushu Serials group: 30 persons, 15 males, 15 females. Aerobic Exercises group: 30 persons, 15 males, 15 females .Mid-long Distance Running group: 27 persons, 15 males, 12 females .No exercises group: 30 persons, 15 males, 15 females2. Use Gait Trainer to collect running data of participants separately while they run with their eyes open and closed. Calculate and compare the difference of data got from Gait Trainer.3. Test the participants'lower limb muscle with lower limb muscle machine, and compare the Lower limb muscle strength.4. The data difference got from Gait Trainer between open-eye running and closed-eye running reflect the dynamic equilibrium Ability of participants.Results1. There is significant difference in the data got from running machine(open eyes and closed eyes) comparing between Wushu Serials group and No exercises group(P<0.05), same as the data beteen Aerobic Exercises group and No exercises group(P<0.05), Mid-long Distance Running group and No exercises group(P<0.05).2. Considering the difference between open-eye running data and closed-eye running data, there is no significant difference between Wushu Serials group and Aerobic Exercises group(P>0.05); however there is big difference between Wushu Serials group and Mid-long Distance Running group(P<0.05); there is also significant difference between Aerobic Exercises group and Mid-long Distance Running group(P<0.05).3. Lower limb muscle strength data comparison shows that there is significant difference between Wushu Serials group and No exercises group(P<0.05); same as the data between Aerobic Exercises group and No exercises group(P<0.05), Mid-long Distance Running group and No exercises group(P<0.05).4. Lower limb muscle strength data comparison shows that there is significant difference between Wushu Serials group and Mid-long Distance Running group(P<0.05), same as the data between Mid-long Distance Running group and Aerobic Exercises group (P<0.05); Wushu Serials group and Aerobic Exercises group (P<0.05).5. Comparing the data got from running machine (open-eye running data and closed-eye running data), there is not much difference between male and female participants(P>0.05), but there is significant difference between male lower limb muscle strength and female lower limb muscle strength.Conclusion1. Wushu Serials,Aerobic Exercises and Mid-long Distance Running can improve the dynamic equilibrium Ability. As the experiment is carried out through open-eye and closed-eye methods, it shows that the above three exercises can significantly improve vestibular sensation and proprioceptive sense.2. Wushu Serials,Aerobic Exercises works better than Mid-long Distance Running at improving the dynamic equilibrium Ability. There is no significant difference between Wushu Serials,Aerobic Exercises effect on dynamic equilibrium Ability improvement.3. Wushu Serials works batter than Aerobic Exercises and Mid-long Distance Running at improving lower lime muscle strength. Mid-long Distance Running works better than Aerobic Exercises at improving lower lime muscle strength.4. The main way in which Wushu Serials improve the university students' dynamic equilibrium is increasing neuromuscular adjusting sensitivity and lower limb muscle.5. The dynamic equilibrium Ability is no different between males and females.
