Sport Intervention Study On Psychology_Unhealthy Policeman In Guangyuan City In Sichuan Province

Public security work is a kind of special work with strong, high risk and hyperirritable. The police, like all the other Chinese people, are undergoing rapid changes in the era of the psychological impact. With development of society, the expectation to the police has increased continually. Due to various factors, the police have more or less psychological problems during the heavy work. Seen the Police psychological health condition from the major country of the world, we can find a common feature that the psychological health of police is generally at a low level. In 5.12 earthquake of Sichuan, Guangyuan is the severely afflicted area. For a long time, the heavy mission and strong responsibly made local police suffer high stress both body and mental. As no psychology guidance and intervention for a long time, some accidents happened to be caught off guard which caused by psychological problems.This research is based on symptom self-evaluation form of SCL- 90.1685 basic-level police from Guangyuan police station in Sichuan are measured by it. According to the investigation,29% of basic-level police are face moderate psychological problems and mental defects. These can divide as obsession, summarizations, stubborn, hostility and depression by certain extent. Against testing police's different age, sex and leave of psychological health, the researcher based on relevant theory and practice results,develop a mental rehabilitation movement prescribe to intervene the bad nine factors. The scheme integrates various kinds of sports, exercise and sports. The implement of intervention can take it as a Substantive reference.Whether sports can cause a effective impact of mental health, this article depends on policy psychological health, sports, exercise prescription related theory, consults and sums up relevant advanced theory and practice Of foreign countries, integrates current domestic advanced research. Meanwhile, we have successfully implemented intervention to the basic-level police who have psychological problems and obtained good results. From these results, we concluded that the intervention study can guide and promote the police developing interest in long-term sports.
