| Based on the use of prescription teaching mode in middle school sports teaching, its purpose is to hope to deepening the reform of physical education teaching, to explore suitable teaching mode, the professor motor skills and promote the combination of physical health of students; Pay attention to students’ individual differences, according to the needs of students the sports teaching plan and the integration of exercise prescription, improve the students’ physical health level; Pay attention to students self-exercise ability, can grasp scientific exercise methods, lay a foundation for lifetime sports consciousness.The research methods used in this paper are Literature method, survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics.The experimental method as the main research methods, to Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, the first secondary school students in the class of 2014 as the experimental object, selected four classes divided as experimental group and the control group for comparison of experimental study of prescription teaching mode and traditional teaching mode. In the control group, the experimental group and the experimental group were carried out according to the teaching plan of the school, and the experimental group was combined with the teaching content of 15 weeks. After 30 weeks and 4 weeks, two groups were compared,Analysis of experimental results: 1. After the exercise prescription teaching, the physical parameters of the students in the experimental group(except for height, weight) have been significantly improved, especially in the physical aspects: boys in addition to 50 meters, body anteflexion in sitting position than before the experiment is improved, a significant difference(P < 0.05) outside, the other showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01); girls in addition to 50 meters, standing long jump compared with those before the experiment is improved, a significant difference(P < 0.05) outside, the other showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01). Through the experimental group and the control group, the students in the experimental data, found that the exercise prescription teaching mode to improve the students of the indicators is more obvious. 2 after the experiment, the students in the experimental class and the control class were carried out to carry out the technical assessment of the jumping and basketball combination. The results were significantly higher than those in the control group. The results showed significant difference between the boys and the girls in the control group(P<0.05). 3. Through the experiments on the students in the experimental group were questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of survey results show that teachers in the teaching process of prescription follow "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and differential treatment" principle, guide students to establish a good learning motivation, stimulate the students’ interest, the correct understanding of the purpose of physical exercise, promote the formation of sports consciousness, to cultivate students’ consciousness of lifelong sports play a role in promoting; students through learning learn how to correctly understand their own physical condition, can have to make scientific physical exercise program, and promote their own physical exercise and cultivation of sports consciousness also played a big role.Experimental results show that the prescription teaching mode more conventional teaching mode is more advantageous to strengthen students’ physique, promote the balanced development of the student body; Prescription teaching mode more conducive to students mastery of movement technology, help improve the quality of performance; Prescription teaching mode to get the students fully affirmed, fully embodies the students’ subjectivity in the teaching process, and arouse the students interest in learning, so that the students learned to make simple exercise prescription; Not only improves the students’ physical quality and athletic ability, also make the students learn to some of the methods of scientific physical exercise and are willing to use to practice, for the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness plays a positive role in promoting. |
