Experimental Study On The Promotion Of The Deaf Students’ Psychological Health With Sports Prescription

In recent years the deaf population mental health research mostly focus on psychological health, psychological health education, personality traits and influence factors in areas such as research, lack of treatment measures research. This study is mainly to exercise prescription as a means of intervention, with middle school student mental health scale (MMHI-60) and the basic situation of the students questionnaire as the research tool, select high school students of Linyi City special education school as subjects, after screening, participation in experimental subjects for small sample (80people).The experimental group and control group of23people. After a period of3months’implementation of the exercise prescription, through to the experimental subject of psychological changes in health status, the results showed that:The factorial scores of deaf-mute students are lower than the overall often die, suggesting that the deaf students’ psychological health level is lower than normal students. Deaf middle school students’psychological healthy level existence of gender and urban and rural difference. Of the experimental group and the control group the data carries on the contrast analysis, study found that deaf mute Students after3months of exercise prescription after the implementation of the control group, no significant changes before and after the experiment; experimental group after experimental psychological health status significantly better than did the control group exercise prescription. Combined with the deaf mute Students Characteristics and conditions, to exercise prescription form to ease the deaf students’mental health problems, improve their psychological health level has certain feasibility and popularization.
