Teachers has been a high risk of job burnout, job burnout has become one of the hot in domestic and foreign in recent years. This paper adopts the teachers' job burnout questionnaire that revision of Beijing normal university. The questionnaires were investigated by 336 primary school teachers in Yunnan Province-Wu Ding County where the level of poverty-stricken county. This research to understand the burnout status of primary school and the effect of variable demographic in the research region. And with the purpose of interviews and field observations find the reason about job burnout of Wuding County primary school teachers. Then according to the questions put forward some measures and advices to relieve these teacher job burnout.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the problem and related literature review. In the first section, the author not only describes the significance of topic, but also analysis the relevant literature from the definition of burnout, measurement, theory and related reach at home and abroad.The second part is empirical research that includes design and process. In this part, the author has introduction systematic and the detailed which of purpose of this empirical research, hypotheses and research methods.The third part is the result and analysis of empirical research. This part is also the key point and the core of full text. Through this empirical investigation, the author draws the following conclusions:primary school teachers in poor areas of Yunnan Province did not reach significant level of burnout, but there have 31.5% teachers have a higher tendency of burnout issues, including 3.5% of the teachers are severe fatigue. So this problem that deserves the attention of local related departments. Demographic variables that gender, age, seniority, marital status, job title, whether administrative duties, the amount of weekly hours, monthly salary, practitioners and re-employment are important influence factors in burnout. Besides the wages and benefits are low, social status is not high, the workload is very heavy, teacher evaluation system and the mobile system are unreasonable, which also led to job burnout. At present the primary school teachers in the area still lack systematic psychological knowledge and necessary psychological training.Therefore, in the fourth part, the author take threes measures to prevent or reduce job burnout of primary school teachers in poor areas of Yunnan. Firstly, government should establish a stable social support system to improve teacher'social and economic status. Secondly, school must build good working environment for teachers to create harmonious psychological 1 atmosphere. The last one, in order to play potential, optimize teacher psychology and relieve the job burnout the school and the teacher should have work together.
