Features of school reflects the core competitiveness of school, Private schools provide optional services, so characteristics is particularly important for the development of private schools.In market economy, private schools operate in the public market, thus suffering from the competitions from overseas education institutions, public schools and fellow competitors. Accompanied by the implement of free compulsory education, expansion of high-quality education and the improvement in the treatment of public teachers, the competitive advantage of private schools has been weakened gradually. Therefore, some impediments emerge and many private schools meet a bottleneck in their development stage. So it can be deduced: If private schools can not make a breakthrough at this stage, they will probably be defeated in the fierce social competition.
