Objective: Through the research on the relative effects of Shanghai Shenhua women’s football game characteristics,this study provides a reference for in-depth understanding of the game characteristics of outstanding women’s football players and the relationship between game characteristics based on the Shanghai Shenhua women’s football tactical system.Methods: The research methods such as literature data method,real-time monitoring method,video observation method and mathematical statistics method were used.Taking the running performance,load performance and technical and tactical performance of a total of 19 players(excluding goalkeepers)of the Shanghai Shenhua Women’s Football Team in 10 games of the Chinese Football Association Women’s Football League in 2021 as the research object,the women’s football team was evaluated.Athletes in the game running characteristics,load characteristics and the relationship between technical and tactical characteristics are studied.Results: 1.The number of bursts of running characteristics has a significant negative correlation with the indicators of technical and tactical characteristics of goals and goal difference.2.The number of bursts,the number of passes in the whole game,the time of own side’s possession,the number of times entering the front three areas,the number of shots,the number of goals and the number of goals and the goal difference are significantly related to the results of the game.3.There are significant differences in the running characteristics and heart rate load characteristics of forwards,fullbacks,central midfielders,full backs and central backs.4.There is a significant positive correlation between the average heart rate of the midfielder and each running characteristic index,the average heart rate of the striker has a significant positive correlation with the running distance,maximum speed,and the number of bursts,and the average heart rate of the midfielder and the high-speed running ability have a significant positive correlation Sex is positively correlated.conclusion as below:1.Teams with the same technical and tactical style have similar high-intensity running performances,and the average heart rate will be higher in higher-level competitions.2.There is no significant relationship between the overall running characteristics of the competition and the average heart rate load characteristics.The number of bursts reflects the rhythm of the game,and has a negative relationship with the number of goals and net goals.By improving the burst ability,the opponent cannot keep up with the rhythm,and the number of goals or goal difference can be increased.3.Technical and tactical performance is a key factor affecting the results of the game,mainly reflected in the quality of technical and tactical performance.The number of bursts has a negative impact on the outcome of the game,and the running characteristics and load characteristics are only the basis for high-intensity competition.4.There are differences in the running characteristics and load characteristics of players in different positions.The central midfielder has the most running distance;the fullback has the most high-intensity running distance;the fullback has the most high-intensity running;Central defenders have the largest heart rate load.Players at different positions have different running patterns and heart rate loads during the game.5.There is no significant relationship between the overall running characteristics and load characteristics of the competition,because of the comprehensive effect of the whole team.Individual load was significantly positively correlated with running distance,and individual load was more significantly positively correlated with high-intensity activities.Strikers,central midfielders,and central defenders are especially noticeable.Different running forms cause the relationship between players’ running characteristics and load characteristics to have positional characteristics,and there are complex and diverse relative effects between running and load characteristics. |
