University City, Jiangsu Province, Interschool Conditions Physical Education Curriculum Resource Sharing Research

The university town is not only a product of fast development of higher education but also an approach to the sharing of educational resources higher education seeks. However, from the perspective of the practical operation and effects of the current Xianlin university town, "resource sharing" failed to fully get promoted. So on the basis of full investigation and study on the physical education curriculum resources sharing in Xianlin university town, it is vitally significant to propose the countermeasures for college physical education curriculum resources sharing in the university town, Jiangsu province for college physical education development seeking better platform. Based on the above purpose, this paper adopted interview method, and literature review method, the survey questionnaire, statistics and logic analysis, and made in-depth research and analysis on college sports curriculum resource sharing system in the university town of Xianlin, and the results have been showed. Firstly, in the University town most colleges have a strong desire of resource sharing. Secondly, because of the different level of colleges in the university town, physical education curriculum resources allocation in each college is seriously unbalanced. Thirdly, a resource sharing is in the primary stage, sports curriculum human resources and sports course facility resources are only used to help and cooperate with each other privately, PE curriculum resources and sports curriculum information resources are rarely exchanged, and they even have no communication, and sports curriculum resources have not formed an effective sharing mechanism. The research holds that the inevitable requirement of sustainable development of university is that college resources in the university town should be planned as a whole and the development of college physical education should be coordinated, which is regarded as a strategic development target. It is a major way to establish the interactive cooperation sharing ideas, break the traditional closed pattern, and form an effective mechanism of organization and coordination. Only by this can colleges realize the exchange and cooperation by multi-channels and the harmonious development of higher education in the university town.
