Research On The Sharing Of Ethnic Traditional Physical Education Teaching Resources In Colleges And Universities In Kunming

The sharing of teaching resources is the general trend of the development of higher education in the world and also the common opportunity for the development of many colleges and universities in China.At present,traditional sports teaching is facing strong competitive,entertaining a large number of the impact of western sports,whether can catch the opportunity of sharing of teaching resources,realize high quality teaching resources complementary to enhance the competitiveness of national and traditional sports in the universities sports teaching,is the key to promote the development of national traditional sports education career.Under the background of the general situation of sharing teaching resources,this study takes 13 colleges and universities in Kunming city as the research objects to investigate the status and sharing of teaching resources of ethnic traditional physical education.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,field survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,it is found that the ethnic traditional physical education teaching resources in colleges and universities in Kunming are unevenly distributed.Project resources vary greatly;Most college courses are not open to the public and lack of communication and exchange.The student-to-student ratio of national traditional sports is significantly different.Traditional national sports venues and equipment can not meet the existing teaching needs;National traditional physical education teaching information resources are not perfect yet;The sharing of traditional national physical education teaching resources is lack of organization and coordination organization and network platform.By investigating the Kunming national traditional sports teaching resources sharing between teachers and students will,analysis of Kunming national traditional sports teaching,sharing the interests of all parties in the city of Kunming national traditional sports teaching sharing related theory and national policy support,on the basis of combination of Kunming national traditional sports teaching resource sharing real conditions,establish the Kunming university public,complementary advantages,resource sharing,the guiding ideology of the participation.Planning of Kunming college teaching resource sharing management committee,set up in Kunming national traditional sports teaching resource sharing network,increase the Kunming university national traditional sports scientific research exchanges and event organization,clear through the course human resource sharing,resource sharing,site in Kunming,sharing of information resources sharing of a variety of forms of guarantee sustainable and stable development of national traditional sports teaching resources sharing.By using the theories of regional resource allocation and sharing management,interdisciplinary research can be carried out to enrich the content of traditional ethnic sports teaching and provide reference cases for the sharing of traditional ethnic sports teaching resources in other regions.
