Research On The Sharing Of Physical Education Curriculum Resources In Huaxi University Town, Guizhou Province

All levels of government pay much attention to it anddraw up numerous excellent policies. The economy is well developed,with the education in the stage of labored hard. The provincialgovernment makes use of the annual talent exposition to attractbrilliant talents in all professions. Education in Guizhou provincewill move on to a new level in the near future.This research focuses on the sharing resource of physicaleducation curriculum in Huaxi University town. The department ofphysical education, director of a teaching department, about90physical education teachers and about200students at school wasinvestigated by the method of on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire investigation, and leadership interviews. This paperelaborates the status quo of the resource of physical educationcurriculum in Huaxi University town.The results demonstrate that:1. The gap between the gross enrollment of higher education inGuizhou Province and the whole country is shortening, while thereis a very large gap between the student-staff ratio and theregulations of Ministry of education. The structure of teacher’ s age and title is very reasonable.2. The source of sports fund is unitary, depending almost completelyon appropriation.3. The atmosphere of sports culture lacks ofcommunication and looks not so ideal.4. There are several wisheson the sharing resource of physical education curriculum in HuaxiUniversity town. The leadership support the sharing resource ofphysical education curriculum in Huaxi university town and hopethere is a school to take the lead; Students eager to elect coursesfrom other university at their own expense; Teachers would like toparticipate in it, and it’s ideally for teachers to give4lessonsone week while get the payment exceed their former unit.The aim of this research is finding out the barriers across theleaderships and the universities. There are a host of constraintsin restricting the development of Sharing Resource of PhysicalEducation Curriculum in Huaxi University Town, and they mainlyembodied in:1. Lack of coordinating organization.2. Theinadequate of management system.3.Unreasonable resourceallocation.4. The restriction of resource.5. The influence ofdifferent sports culture.Major proposals:1.Carry out the reorganization, establishregulations, clear division of labor and coordinate the activitiesrationally.2. Construct coordination management centers of physics curriculum to establish the sharing system.3. Make full useof the network platform resource, strengthen the communicationbetween intercity and intercollegiate.4.Establish the sharingsystem between the gymnasium and the surrounding schools, allocateand utilize the sports resources reasonably.5. Create efficientsupervision mechanism as well as enlarge the strength of the inputand enforcement of physical education curriculum resources.
