Inductive education for new qualified teachers is one of the important parts of teachers'education, Its Effective implementation is good for improving working Adaptation ability, good for promoting the professional development, good for improving the overall qualtity for new qualified teachers. However, Currently in Ethnic Area, new qualified teacher's inductive education is the most weakest part of teacher's education. Most inductive education held by the related educational departments and Primary and secondary schools have not achieved the effect as it suppose to be, especially in some National Rural Areas where is poor for its information and resources, inductive education is not possible to be held in this kind of districts. Therefore, how to help the further development of inductive education for new-qualified teacers in Ethnic Areas in order to adapt to special needs of education in Minority Area and current development becomes the most urgent solving issue in China. In my research, I take the The method of combining the research of theory and practise to research on inductive education for new qualified teachers in Ethnic Area, take Guangxi Province for example.This paper is under the introduction of basis of inductive education theory to research by the way of A&Q(ask & question) from new qualified teachers in urban and rural areas and school leaders in different places, different schools, different genders in Guangxi province.Besides, I make the interview with some of new qualified teachers in order that can revealed the real situation of inductive education for new qualified teachers in Primary and secondary schools in Ethnic Area. Meanwhile, I aggregate some outstanding experiences of inductive education for new qualified teacher's implementation from domestic and abroad according to some documents. Afterwards, I combine it with special economic and culture in Ethnic Area and the situation implementaion of current inductive education. And this chapter points out principle which is sutible for new qualified teachers's inductive education of Ethnic Area. Under this principle, I proposed some Initiatives that would upgrade the effection of new qualified teacher's inductive education in Ethnic Aear as well.There are total 6 parts of this paper, and main contents included :Introduction.Which introduces the reason and meaning of this topic, the summary, thinking, method of research from domestic and abroad, and difining of related conception.Chapterâ… . theory basis and utilize of inductive education for new qualified teachers.Which introduce respectively the analysis theory of educational needs, the meaning of teacher's professional development theory, and their application in inductive education. Chapterâ…¡. the research and analysis of implementation's status for new teacher's inductive education in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi.Which gives the current analysis by the way of A&Q paper( ask and qustion) and interview, and gives the aggregation of current problem of inductive education for new qualified teachers in Primary and Secondary school in Guangxi province. The A&Q paper and interview include the finance support of Primary and Secondary inductive education and related system guarantee status, the reqirment and realization of inductive education, the implementation of inductive education , the status of educational resource and its utilization.Chapterâ…¢. The outstanding experiences of inductive education for new qualified teachers from domestic and abroad.Which is agrregated the outstanding inductive education experience from current domestic and abroad according to ducument inspection.For example: the law-abiding of inductive education for new qualified teachers, the intervetion of Pre-service Education Institutions, the individual targeted of inductive education for new qualified teachers, practise skills and the apprenticeship agreement's formulation .
