Abstract/Summary:
In the late 20th century, the labor organization had been revolutionized from the Taylor mode of production to lean production. Under the new labor organization, the need of innovative high-quality talent for company is expanded significantly. Meanwhile, the vocational education of our country was been developed rapidly, taking up 50% of higher education in number. With the initiation and implement of nation model vocational colleges project, the courses of systematic work process are widely accepted by teachers of vocational colleges, which could be adaptable to the new labor organization and new educational mode. Under this background, the researches on the courses of systematic work process are conducted by using the data investigation, teaching experiment in this paper. The corresponding evaluation methods, teaching organization and teaching methods are discussed.The courses of systematic work process focus on the mastery of skills and skills of application during the study phase. Meanwhile, the cooperation, innovation, ability to explore and professional ethic are also emphasized. Therefore, in the phase of implement, the formative evaluation method and team teaching method and action orientation are recommended. For the formative evaluation method, the consideration of profession, effect, evaluation content and method, diversity of evaluated subject in evaluation standard should be taken, and it also should emphasize the improvement of evaluation environment to promote learning-oriented study, self-assessment and peer assessment for students, and implement combined with teaching and its feedback of effect. For the team teaching method, it should include the team size, team organized method, and division of roles. To assure the team teaching carry out effectively, the team cohesion should be developed to cultivate the cooperation skills and supply with the place for team cooperation. During the teaching course, it requires the teachers change roles, highlight the dominant position of students, flexibly apply the throughout and locality methods according to raw of action orientation, and assure the effectiveness of cooperation. At last, the teaching methods in this paper are verified by two courses of two semesters, and the corresponding teaching experiences are supplied to reference.
