At present the construction of professional college counselors, there are still many problems, having no system with operational. Construction of the current practice of counselors in their schools but also within the limitations, there is no formation of social standards and models were identified, the lack of systematic theoretical system. The writer has investigated student advisors, teachers and students from Hunan Agricultural University. Through questionnaires and interviews, the writer has got a clear idea about overall situation of student advisors system development, especially some problems of the present system. In this paper, the writer reports her investigation and analyses reasons accounting for those problems. Aside from that the writer also compares student advisors system of China with student administration work in Some developed countries with the intention to seek Some helpful experiences. |
