With the deepening of language courses and education reform, the guiding ideology of composition had noticeably transformed. But long period influenced by exam-oriented system composition education, many problems still exist in the composition teaching field. These problems directly influence the effectiveness of composition teaching, made the deep innovation of the theory and practice became the most important, experience composition teaching is a brand new composition teaching notion in these circumstances. In order to change the teaching existing teaching status of traditional exam-oriented too much emphasis on the writing technique and neglect other real experience in teaching students. This thesis used for reference the existing achivement of relevant experience composition teaching research in the basis of deeply comprehend the new concept composition teaching, did some research to the new composition teaching theory from the reality of high school composition teaching.This thesis divided into four parts. In the first part mainly analyse composition teaching condition. And then introduce local and overseas composition teaching status quo, put forward experience composition teaching is the inevitable trend towards the misunderstanding of local composition teaching. Then in the second part make many dimensions of perspective to experience composition teaching. Cleared the origin and meaning of experience concept, illustrates content and characteristics of experience composition teaching, and recalling the etymologies of experience composition teaching, the third part is the theory support of experience composition teaching, Writing mainly from the psychology and educational psychology, philosophy and experience aesthetics four parts make the theory support of experience composition teaching. At last,these theoretical foundation effectively put up the content of the fourth part. The Strategy research of experience composition teaching. It mainly direct experience composition teaching practice from life experience, reading experience, accumulation experience, writing models and evaluation methods etc five aspects. This innovation proposed humanism care and favored life rhythm to experience composition teaching. Claim experience composition teaching should care the students` heart development process and whole process writing experience. And attemp humanity evaluation and face to face evaluation in the assessment method reform, apperceive the students'experience result, effectively communicate with the students, and thus improve the students'composition writing level.
