China has profound traditional ethics inside information since ancient times, Education has also been closely related to ethics.But We should how to critically inherit traditional ethics,and regain new problems of Education on this basis in the new period of social transition,this is an important task of education workers.However,carefully examines by ethics dimension to the problems in the educational practice is claims ethics to the education and pursuing to moral consciousness of educational activities.As an important part of educational field, importance has been attached to teacher-student relationship by educational researcher. The teachers and the students impact phenomemon also presents many new questions that are worth our considering under the background of social reform. Among them, Emphasis is based on empirical research data, It is confirm that among the reasons of the conflict between teachers and students,the most radical of all is the reason of Educational Ethics. The next step is giving moral reading to the current situation of conflict between teachers and students of case school, using ethics category from the education fair and education humanitarian, education rational three basic principles. In addition,based on the come the change of education ethics, introduces the knowledge of the conflict between teachers and students study enlightenment. Finally, based on the principle of ethic appraisal education, in order to investigate the introduction solving strategy of conflict between teachers and students.This study analyzes the domestic and foreign research from the angle of sociology, culture, education, psychology, and the power. with the help of system about education ethics subject and the deduce from education ethics law knowledge to elaborate this hotpot. and submission settle strategy from education ethics angle.I want to call to establish a fine spirit of place of education.
