In 2006 years,the state implemented the "special post plan for school teachers in the stage of compulsory education in rural areas",which aims to solve the problem of lack of teachers in rural poor areas.With the continuous implementation of the special post plan,the special post plan has greater and greater influence on the rural education.As a main body,the special post teachers play a key role in the implementation of the plan,and the problem of special post teachers has gradually become the focus of attention.With the implementation of these years,we have achieved good results,but at the same time there is a problem of loss.The loss of special post teachers has a certain impact on the effect of the implementation of the plan.This article mainly aims at this situation and investigates the problem of the loss of special post teachers.This study analyzes the number,gender and age,teachers' disciplinary structure,and the trend of teacher turnover,and finds out the current situation and the negative effects of special post teachers' turnover.Using the method of questionnaire,open interview and in-depth understanding of the reasons for the loss of some special post teachers,respectively from the income contrast,occupation satisfaction,professional value,life needs are described,and starting from the concept of "people-oriented",for these reasons put forward some suggestions to ensure that teachers plan to achieve better results.
