| In this paper, the research object is the teachers of the private hobo children school in Beijing; the entry point is analyzing the teachers'present situation; the research method is diverse, such as the method of questionnaire and interviews. The article shows the teachers'present situation from their state of the quality, work, living, the continuing education and the flowing.The author sums up several serious problems according to the teachers'present situation. The first issue is that their level of education is very low and the overall quality is very poor. The second issue is that they bear a very heavy burden of work. The third issue is that they have an uncertain future, because there are no determining technical or professional titles. The forth issue is that their payment is very low and most of them have no labor insurance. The fifth issue is that they have very few training opportunities. The sixth issue is that the fluidity is very pronounced.The author has proposed several solutions from four perspectives including government, society, schools, and teachers in order to solve those problems. First of all, Government should support and manage the private hobo children school in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Secondly, we should create an atmosphere of social support and, at the same time, strengthen the supervision. That is, the society should recognize the value of those teachers, help them and oversee those schools'financial. Once again, the private hobo children school should enhance their management capabilities. The specific measures include expanding the revenue streams, changing the concept of management, improving the rules and regulations and enhancing the mental stimulation. Finally, the teachers should also have the awareness of self-development and self-protection. They should make full use of their spare time and opportunities to improve their overall quality and enhance the awareness of the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests. |
