On November 7,2014,the Provincial Education Department issued The Jiangsu primary and secondary school physical education teachers' professional skill standard for Trial Implementation?The standard clearly puts forward the construction of the standard system of teaching staff,the promotion of the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu province,the construction of high quality primary and secondary school physical education teachers".This shows that the professional development of physical education teachers has been gradually implemented from a slogan to the specific.It brings us new requirements and the serious challenges that PE teachers are facing.Taizhou is located in centre of Jiangsu Province.It always has a good tradition of respecting teachers.In recent years,Santai area has been enjoying the reputation of the city of education.In such a strong education atmosphere,the private education has been nurtured and developed for nearly twenty years.So private middle school physical education teachers' professional status is special.Therefore,the research has a certain guiding effect on improving the.P.E.teachers' professional degree and enhancing the social status of private schools.In this paper,through literature research,questionnaire,interviews and mathematical statistics and other methods,I put forward the research conclusion and suggestions on Taizhou city private high school sports teachers' professional status.The results show that there are some reasons.Firstly,the local government and education administrative departments have not fully performed government functions in accordance with the law.Secondly,There is discrimination phenomenon between public and private schools.Thirdly,There is a serious imbalance on the sex ratio in PE teachers.What's more,Teachers lack subjective cognition of private high school sports professionalization.Furthermore,teachers in private middle school haven't comprehensive skills,.In a word,professional development of PE teachers in private schools in Taizhou city is influenced by many external factors.Based on the above factors,this paper puts forward some measures and mechanisms to promote the professional development of PE teachers in private schools.It can help local education departments to promote the implementation of the notice.Meanwhile,It can provide reference and basis for other private middle schools to develop P.E.teachers professional skills.
