The Study Of The Children Of Migrant Workers Campus Bullying Present Situation And Solutions

So called the campus bullying refers to the stronger party attacks to the weaker party repeatly, in the case of not stiring up, mainly dividing into direct physical bullying,verbal bullying and relation bullying, with the feature of the imbalance,repeatability and deliberateness in the campus. This study adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the part of the migrant children on the present situation of campus bullying in the city of Dalian, 315 questionnaires were sent out and 279 effective questionnaires were collected, the study interviews 32 people. This study mainly investigates and analyzes the campus bullied and bullying present situation of the chidren of the migrant workers,the attitude of them treating bullying/bullied and the coping ways.on the basis of it,systematically study gender,the only child or not,the monitor or not,grade,the time of studying in the city and the family feature six factors in all,which influence on the campus bullied situation and bullying situation of the children of the migrant workers.Genalizing the features of the children of the migrant children campus bullied behaviour From the investigation statistics:one.The children of migrant workers are mostly bullied by city students in the same class;two,The children of migrant workers mostly adopt the methods of bearing and revenging;three.The children of migrant workers campus bullied exists grades and learning time in the city difference;four,the chidren of migrant workers mainly suffer the cyber bullied forms of leaked information and speaked ill of.Aiming to the campus bullying situation of the children of migrant workers explor atoryly proposes targeted coping measures.the thesis provides coping suggestions as f ollows for the chidren of the migrant workers campus bullying question:one.school sh ould establishi relevant regulations,curbing the occurrence of campus bullying behavi our fundamentally;two.Teachers should improve the ability to deal with campus bullyi ng event effectively; three. creating harmonious civilized internet environment to redu ce the occurrence of bullying behaviour as much as possible;four. encouraging the bys tanders of campus bullying behaviour developing the opinion of justice,adhering to st oping all kinds of campus bullying buhaviour. the thesis provides education suggestio ns as follows for the chidren of the migrant workers who suffer bullying in the campu s life :one.improving the children of migrant workers treating positive coping capacity of school bullyig;two.improving the self-esteem of the children of migrant workers,h elping them to adapt the new environment of city school,getting rid of bullied awkwar d situation; three.paying special attention to school bullying vulnerable groups of the c hildren of migrant workers;four.improve the mental toughness of the children of the migrant workers,to avoid or reduce the negative impact of bullying behaviour as much as possible.
