In recent years, through the training, the capacity of the police is increased, the police's attitude is changed better, and them health is changed better, training also promote the police job. But the new situation,new tasks and new requirements compared to some of the police power and attitude is not good enough. The end of 2010 at the Chinese police training conference, summed up the past 10 years, police training and in-depth analysis of the current problems and the task will face that future police training reform and development, to be more scientific, should improve quality and capacity of the police force, through reform and innovation of existing training system, in strengthening the protection, efforts to establish compatible with police work, in line with the actual needs of the police, to improve the overall quality of the police force, and police human resources management system reform, convergence of training system, the police training to educational and academic education and training, police training, to promote the scientific, information technology, standardization, and actual combat, for the establishment of a police force to provide strong support.
