| With the advancement of reform deeply,the armed police colleges focus on restructuring and reshaping the new system of training military personnel.Under the future talent training mode,the requirements for professional skills will gradually increase.Therefore,in view of the existing training model,it is of great significance for the training effect of the armed police colleges and the future development of the trainees,to strengthen construction of the systemization,legalization,and professionalization of the training institutions,and improve the incentive mechanism for training in the transformation and reform,which is also directly related to the future development of the armed police force.Aiming at the defects of the existing training incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the factors of restricting the armed police academy trainees incentive mechanism with the relevant theories of domestic and foreign and the scientific research methods,based on the Campus of the PAP,and summarizes a set of incentive mechanism suitable for the trainees in the armed police colleges which was guided by the existing relevant incentive theory.Regard the reason of problem analysis as research approach,this paper identify the factors that restrict the training level of the trainees on the basis of status quo of the incentive mechanism,and put forward specific measures that are helpful to stimulate the enthusiasm of the trainees and improve the ability and quality of the trainees,to provides ideas for improving the personnel training mechanism and enriching the talents strategic project of the Armed Police Force,which can enhance the scientific and effective training mechanism for the trainees,promote the healthy competition of the trainees,improve the quality of trainees in the armed police colleges,and train more excellent personnel for the army. |
