The study on the foreigne policy of the the Communist party of China is a new and hot topic in the research of the party's history and the Sino-foreign relationship. This article reveals the party's foreigne policy during 1921-1935 by analysising its declaritions,political slogans ,actions and so on , discussion the policy's main contens, pratical characteristics,influencing factors and influence.The dissertation contains six chapters . The first part is introduction; the second part states the policy's main contens; the third part reveals three characteristics of the party's foreign policy, considereding the chiness's revolution is a part of the world revolution, having tedency of the interest of Soviet as centere while dealing with the Sino-Soviet conflict, placing the working class-interest above the national interest;the fourth part anaysis the factors influencing policy;the fifth part discuss the influces . The last one is conclusion.
