The study of the Chinese Communist Party’s policy toward the Soviet Union during the 14 years of the Anti-Japanese War was an important part of the Chinese Communist Party’s foreign relations during the democratic revolution.The article analyzes the Chinese Communist Party’s policy toward the Soviet Union from the September 18 th Incident to the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:This first part is to sort out and analyze the Chinese Communist Party’s policy toward the Soviet Union before the local anti-Japanese war and the local anti-Japanese war.The second part mainly combs and analyzes the CPC’s policy toward the Soviet Union during the period of the Anti-Japanese War.Evolution,that is,on the basis of independence and independence,from the United States and Soviet Union,to the United States and then to the United States.The third part is about the Chinese Communist Party’s thinking on the Soviet policy during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.Based on the differences between the Chinese Communist Party and the Soviet Union and reasons for the differences,the four points of the Chinese Communist Party’s policy toward the Soviet Union during the Anti-Japanese War were summarized: Adhere to the foreign Policy of independence and independent and independent peace;we must safeguard the interests of the state and the nation as the highest standard;we must uphold the principles of national independence and equality and mutual benefit;we must adhere to the combination of Marxism and our national conditions.
